Presentation of house on Croatia coast

Upon client's request and project documentation we did model in Sketchup, renders were done by V-ray for Sketchup as well as short animation. About house and our client you can learn more on their website www.punatprojekt.com.

Animation of various house models

This animation was done for client from Australia (http://houseplancompany.com.au/). He provides us with 3D .dwg files of houses that he wishes to use in final animation. Final 3D model was done in Sketchup while animation and rendering were done in Lumion.

Sketchup model and presentation

Client on Elance requested to build Sketchup 3D model upon his AutoCAD drawings. He also needs 2D floor plan images, elevation images and few perspective renderings. Here is the result.

Family house in Kula

Client from Kula, Serbia commissioned preliminary design for his house. House have to have 3 bedrooms, master bathroom, bathroom, laundry, large living room connected with dinning room, kitchen with large pantry and covered patio.

House has to be single level, only ground floor. Addition to house is small swimming pool, and garage for two cars with larger covered patio with barbecue/kitchen and small bathroom.
Desire area of house alone is around 150 sq m.

The shape of site lot is very ungrateful: it is narrow and long with streets on both ends, so putting a house with all those requirements was real challenge.

Vila Bagoljvar/Villa Bagoljvar

Model vile Bagoljvar na Paliću. Model je rađen za potrebe prezentacije Međuopštinskog zavoda za zaštitu spomenika kulture, u Subotici. (www.heritage-su.org.rs)

Model je izrađen u SketchUp-u 8 a vizuelizacija u programu Artlantis Studio.

It has been designed in Sketchup 8, and rendered in Artlantis Studio.

Sadašnje stanje i buduće /Current and future situation

Dvorišni roštilj

Na zahtev investitora urađen je projekat i na osnovu njega izveden dvorišni roštilj od opeke starog formata. Investitorova želja je bila nešto kao 3 u 1. "Roštilj" u sebi treba da sadrži mesto za ražanj, roštilj, mesto za kotlić i radni pult. Kotlić mora da bude na otvorenom. Rezultat ovog zadatka se vidi na sledećim fotografijama:

Zebrano Beli

Dimenzije kuhinje su 2,70 sa 3,30. Korpus kihinje je predviđena da se uradi od bele Egerove iverice, frontovi gornjih elementa su od bele hacijenda iverice , a donji elementi su od zebrano iverice. Podne pločice su svetle, krem kamene dok su zidne takođe kamene boje zatvorene bele kafe.

Krstionica / Orthodox Baptistery

Ovo je idejno rešenje za buduću krstionicu u porti Srpske Pravoslovane Crkve Sv. Vaznesenja Gospodnjeg u Subotici.

This is conceptual design for orthodox baptistery in the porte of St. Ascension of the Lord church in Subotica.

Bojanova česma

Na zahtev SPC Sv. Vaznesenja Gospodnjeg i ktitora Milana i Jelene Končar pristupilo se izradi projekta Bojanove spomen česme i fontane u porti crkve. Česma je izvedena avgusta 2009. godine.

Suboticka Sinagoga

Model Subotičke sinagoge, rađen za Međuopštinski zavod za zaštitu spomenika kulture.
